Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for providing program overview to interested consumers and their surrogates. Responsible for intake and orientation for new PCA referrals and determining eligibility; carry a caseload of consumers who are enrolled in the PCA Program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience in Human Services, preferably with Elders. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and computer skills necessary. Spanish Bilingual Required. Excellent time management and organizational skills a must. Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License required. Knowledge of Community Resources preferred.
Hours:
M-F 35 Hours.
